Two prominent Central Florida homebuilders are forming a joint venture to build energy-efficient custom homes. The partnership, called Carmen Dominguez with Rey Homes LLC, was launched by Homes by Carmen Dominquez LLC and Rey Group Inc. The first two custom homes developed by the partnership will be located in the Ginn Reunion Resorts & Golf Club master-planned community in Osceola County. Robert Bowden, director of the Harry P. Leu Gardens, will be sharing his expertise during the 15th annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.
